Roots of Resilience

Strength Rooted in History

A Group for Holocaust Survivor Descendants

Meets Wednesdays 7pm EST

Roots of Resilience is for children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors. Together, we create a supportive space where memory and resilience intertwine, helping us honor the past while growing in healing and strength across generations.

Roots of Resilience:

  • Draws strength from the roots of survival, rebuilding, and courage that define our families’ histories.

  • Highlights personal exploration of identity through understanding and inherited resilience.

  • Encourages reflection on how past experiences shape present self-understanding.

Roots of Resilience will be led by Kathleen Triebwasser, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Educator and Author
