Roots of Resilience:
Strength Rooted in History
An Online Healing Community for Children and Grandchildren of Holocaust Survivors
Meets Wednesdays 7pm EST
New Season begins Oct. 8
Honor the Past, Grow in Healing
Roots of Resilience: Strength Rooted in History is an online group for second and third generation descendants of Holocaust survivors. Led by a licensed therapist and guided by an empathic professional, this safe, supportive space helps participants confront inherited trauma, process emotions, and build resilience.
Here, memory and resilience intertwine. Together, we honor our families’ histories of survival, courage, and rebuilding while creating opportunities for connection, healing, and growth.
